Dr. Lindsay Chimileski, ND. LAc., is a licensed, board certified naturopathic physician and acupuncturist. Through acupuncture, nutrition, botanical medicine and hands-on therapies, she focuses on treating the whole person and harmonizing mental-emotional and physical health. She has special interests in areas such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar and other psychological disharmonies. Additionally, her synergistic combination of Naturopathic and Traditional Chinese Medicine allows her to bring a multifaceted approach to women’s health, infertility and chronic pain.
Dr. Chimileski uses hands-on therapies such as acupuncture, tui na massage and craniosacral to reduce symptom intensity and increase mental well-being. This catalyzes healing and supports the patient while she educates and empowers them to make the healthy lifestyle choices that will reverse their symptoms, treat the underlying cause and promote optimal health. She understands the importance of treating the individual and enjoys supporting each unique journey towards balance, health and happiness.
Dr. Chimileski grew up in Connecticut and then completed her Bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies from University of Connecticut. She proceeded to attend University of Bridgeport to complete her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine and Masters of Acupuncture. Dr. Chimileski is passionate about natural health education and contributes to NaturalNews. Dr. Chimileski also does speaking engagements and is an adjunct professor of Botanical Medicine at University of Bridgeport, College of Naturopathic Medicine.
